中研院統計科學研究所林妙香研究員以三萬筆實證資料對基測量尺的設計進行分析，她得到結果顯示基測計分方式並不符合公平正義原則。
她的研究摘要寫到：
鑑於一般大眾無法針砭基測量尺分數計算方式是否影響考生及家長權益，本文檢驗及分析基測量尺分數是否滿足程序正義的計算方式。此程序正義包括三個參照基準點:一為正確的學理應用；二為內部計分流程應與公佈於大眾的「計分遊戲規則」相符相合；三為擇優政策隱含的名次排擠效應的資訊應該透明化。
本文主要的發現:心測中心在計算量尺分數的過程中，存在著一些不尋常的地方：一是各個考科在計分過程中的最高分並非設定在60 分，且各個科目在各個年度都不相同；二是第二次測驗量尺並無等化(equating)步驟，只是單純進行分數連結 (linking)。

我嘗試安裝 Moodle，但要求要 mysql 4.1.16 以上，手上的機器祇有到 4.1.10。所以將 Sarge 的 mysql 昇級為 testing 的 mysql5。
昇級方式參考台南縣網的 ols3，直接鍵入：

但晚上卻發現，咦？時區不對了！！怎麼都變成 UTC 時間？與台灣的時區相差八個小時。
實驗發現，單就米飯外觀並無法區別出有組別差異。他校教師所言：『說好話的實驗組呈現白色或淡黃色的外觀；說壞話的組別則呈現黑色外觀』並無法獲得本研究的確認。
本實驗發現，無論是說好話、說壞話或是不理睬，不論是否音量加大，不管是錄音播放或是真人直接對米飯說話，各組別之中均有米飯最後呈現白色外觀，每一組別中亦有米飯出現黑色黴菌。
因此，不同的言語處理無法影響米飯最後之外觀。以下四張相片，如果不看說明，你可以猜得出來哪一組米飯接受了好話、哪一組接受了壞話嗎？
昨天一個電腦能力不錯的好友用 msn 傳一個名為 photos.zip 的檔案給我。 收下後解開，是一個 .scr 檔案。
『嗯，怎麼不直接給相片就好，還弄成螢幕保護程式？該不會是木馬病毒吧？』
不過，防毒軟體沒有警告、我的朋友對電腦也很熟，那應該是很 OK 的吧？所以我就執行了。
一執行，沒有畫面出現，喔，慘了，中標！！

沒多久，朋友開始傳訊息告訴我，他們從我這邊收到一個檔案。有些人覺得是我傳的：『嗯，防毒軟體沒有警告、Yukie 對電腦也很熟，那應該是很 OK 的吧？』所以就執行了，就這樣不斷的輪迴，災情持續擴大中……
上網找資料，都還沒有針對這個病毒的任何訊息，所以應該是很新的病毒，才會讓防毒軟體一點警覺也沒有。
不過，病毒傳檔洩了密：『你將 C:Windowsphotos.zip 傳給 xxx』
我到 C:Windows 下將 photos.zip 砍掉後，就沒再跳出視窗傳檔了。
但是，這樣子還沒解決，病毒其實還在電腦之中。清除的方法如下：

星期一教務處楊主任在早安向上節目中，以最近怪異的天氣啟始，帶入環保的重要。
為了讓同學在聆聽楊主任的演講時能有比較多的感受，剪片時我試著加入一些環保議題的相關畫面。所以我到『不願面對的真相』這部影片的官方網站下載預告片，並引用其中一些畫面。
但是這樣似乎還不是很足夠，想想，2005 年 8 月 25-29 日發生在紐澳良的 katrina 颶風可以提供一個很好的警訊，所以上 Youtube 上找 katrina 的影片。
我找到的影片中有兩部除了畫面呈現之外，還加入了背景音樂，營造出相當振撼人心的氣氛。稍微聽一下歌詞，再由歌詞反查歌曲資料，發現這部加入背景音樂的影片都是引用名為 DHT 的女歌手演唱的歌曲。

有了 DHT 的音樂，影片很容易就可以打動人心。我如獲至寶，將音樂放入早安向上之中，第一次星期天不需要加班到半夜十、十一點，晚上七點我就很愉快的收工回家。
隔日影片播放之後，受到同事的好評，她們都提到音樂為影片加了很多分數。所以我將早安向上放上之外，再把兩部加入 DHT 音樂的 katrina 影片貼上來並附上歌詞，希望大家回憶 katrina，理解環境保護重要性的同時，也能感受到音樂的渲染力。
